Our team manages every detail—custom design, expert installation, wall construction, gas fitting and electrical work. Whether you’re adding a bold new feature or enhancing an existing fireplace, we bring together skill, craftsmanship, and meticulous attention to detail to deliver results that are beautifully tailored to your home.

To our valued gas log fire clients: your family’s safety is our top priority. For optimal performance and peace of mind, we strongly recommend having your appliance inspected and serviced every 3–4 years.

Installation & Service

Our Full Gas Log Fire Service provides a thorough inspection, clean, and safety check to keep your unit running efficiently and safely.

The service includes:

  • Cleaning of fan, logs, firebox, burners, and gas jets

  • Replacement of remote/receiver batteries

  • Glass cleaning and full vacuum of all areas

  • Testing of all functions and safety switches

  • Gas leak detection and carbon monoxide testing

  • Thermocouple and thermopile testing

*A $350 service fee is required upfront to secure your appointment and schedule a technician to attend your property

*Pricing applies to services performed Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, within the Sydney Metro Area, please contact the store for service quote for other locations

Heater and Components: All heaters and their internal parts are covered by a 1-year warranty.

Firebox: Your firebox is backed by a 10-year warranty for peace of mind and long-lasting performance.

Installation: If your heater was installed by a Sydney Fireplace Studio subcontracted plumber, installation is also covered by a 1-year warranty.
