Delivery Procedures
Sydney Metro Delivery
Door-to-door delivery – pricing quoted by the store.
Please note: Due to the size and weight of our products, deliveries to private residential addresses are limited to a garage or covered carport. For insurance reasons, our delivery team cannot place items inside the home or carry them up stairs.
Regional Delivery (Outside Sydney Metro)
Warehouse-to-depot delivery – pricing quoted by the store.
Items will be delivered to a customer-nominated depot.
Customers are responsible for collecting their goods from the depot.
Additional charges may apply if the consignment is held at the depot beyond the nominated collection date.
Customers must reconfirm the delivery date and depot location 14 days prior to dispatch.
Goods will only be dispatched once full payment has been received.
Please bring all supporting documentation when collecting your items from the depot.
Customers MUST re-confirm delivery date & address 14 days prior. Goods will not be dispatched to the depot unless paid in full. Supporting documentation to be presented upon collecting good
